About the Owner — Jaymon Cleary

My name is Jaymon Cleary, and I am the Owner and Operations Manager of Red Rock Janitorial & Maintenance. I am a U.S. Army veteran, husband, father of three, business owner, and continuing student in law and policy. My family is a major motivation behind the work I do and has taught me the importance of responsibility, consistency, patience, and providing for others.

My background in the military, operations, security management, logistics, and leadership has shaped the way I run Red Rock. I believe in accountability, professionalism, attention to detail, and leading from the front. I am a hands-on owner who works alongside my employees, communicates directly with clients, and personally client interactions.

I oversee contracts, scheduling, employees, quality control, client relationships, invoicing, equipment, and business development. My goal is to continue growing Red Rock into a widley respected facility-services company while maintaining the personal service, integrity, and high standards of a veteran-owned and operated business.
